LAKE COUNTY — A Clearlake man was airlifted by REACH after crashing his 2004 Dodge Stratus into a rock partition on Monday at 1:50 p.m.
Edward Harrington, 52, was traveling northbound on Highway 29 near Grange Road by Hidden Valley Lake, when for unknown reasons he exited the roadway to the right and struck the embankment, according to California Highway Patrol (CHP) Public Information Officer Kory Reynolds.
Harrington was described as disoriented after the crash. He sustained minor injuries and was transported to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.
Alcohol or drugs are not suspected as a contributing factor.
Officer Randy Forslund responded to the incident. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
