I will give President Obama credit for one thing, he has done more to destroy this economy and produce more debt than any other president.
Steve Winn and Donald Trump have both said this. Ask yourself, how did they get to where they are today? It was not by being stupid. Fact: the top 10 percent (the rich) pay 69.97 percent of the personal income tax, the bottom 50 percent pay 2.7 percent.
And speaking of taxes, I walked next door to look at one of the newly installed SmartMeters and guess who made it? General Electric, a company that didn”t pay any taxes last year. Out of how many of the tens of thousands of meters that are out there ? GE didn”t make a taxable profit?
One of the newly elected heads of the IRS, awhile ago, said even he couldn”t understand all of the tax rules. Well then, why not a flat tax or anything else you want to call it. Get rid of all the garbage and all the special interest groups ? one tax, one time on purchases. Everybody buys products; drug dealers, tourists, people who work for cash and anybody else who doesn”t pay taxes to support our country would have to pay. But oh no, this is too simple. It would hurt lawyers and lobbyists who write all of this garbage, but the treasury would probably be swimming in money. It might even get rid of all the class envy perpetuated by the left.
Boy, is that wishful thinking. And to all who voted for Obama, you made your bed, now lie in it.
