We need tax reform, not fewer taxes. Our past generations of taxes have built our nation into one of the finest in the world. We built great road, water, sewage, education, law enforcement, fire departments, dams, parks, public beaches, entertainment centers, zoos and museums projects using the taxes paid by our citizens.

It has been the tax loopholes that favor the rich and powerful, corporate America, that have placed a far greater burden on the middle class and poor that needs adjustment.

We give far too easily grants and subsidies to giant corporations leaving the little guy to go it alone in the same fields. We have allowed many of our great projects to go downhill, rather than to be well cared for.

In a time when jobs, weather government or private are so desperately needed, our present leadership, has not implemented a WPA program, to both build new and repair older projects and to bring relief to those seeking employment.

Implement fair and honest tax reform and put our citizens in need back to work, building quality projects and repairing those old projects. I, for one, will gladly pay higher taxes as a beneficiary of those types of programs. It”s called investing in our nation”s greatness.
