The local school boards need to man up and have condom vending machines installed in both gender bathrooms on all campuses.
This is so overdue, with AIDS and teen pregnancies at the level they are today.
We should be protecting our investment in our children”s education by making sure they are not taken down by either issue, so early in their young lives. It”s the adults that need to grow up and deal with this, using the best form of protection available.
