CLEARLAKE OAKS — On Tuesday at approximately 4:25 p.m. Lake County Sheriff”s Office (LCSO) Narcotics Task Force detectives arrested Dylan Prosper Hall on charges of possession of methamphetamine.
Hall, 21, was detained near Nylander Park in Clearlake Oaks.
According to a press release from LCSO, Hall is currently on formal felony probation. The detectives questioned him about having methamphetamine. Hall gave narcotics detectives white powder in three separate plastic packets that tested positive for methamphetamine.
Hall was arrested on charges of felony probation violation and Possession of methamphetamine and taken to Hill Road Correctional Facility where he remains in the custody of the Sheriff.
LUCERNE ? On Tuesday Lake County Sheriff”s Narcotic Task Force detectives and Lake County Probation conducted a probation search at the residence of Cathy Jo Collins in Lucerne, according to a press release from LCSO.
During the search of the residence narcotics detectives located approximately a quarter of an ounce of methamphetamine packaged for sale. The packages were located in a metal container under the pillows on a bed.
Narcotic detectives reported locating a glass methamphetamine smoking pipe on a table in the same bedroom. They seized $173 in cash for asset forfeiture from Collins.
Collins was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia, both charges are reported to be in violation of her probation status.
Collins was transported to the Lake County Hill Road Corrections Facility. She was subsequently released on bail and is pending a court appearance.
