What if?

What if more billionaires like Warren Buffett would step forward with an interest-free loan to assist at least one struggling company until they are financially solvent? What if thousands of our servicemen overseas were brought home immediately to assist in the massive cleanup after our forest fires and hurricane damage?

They could signify the return of the WPA and CCC programs that were so successful in the 1930s. What if the administration in Washington began to work together immediately to solve the many problems that they were elected so to do, regardless of a conflict over a sporting event?

What if PG&E began an immediate inspection of all gas lines within its jurisdiction, to avoid another San Bruno disaster, meanwhile putting a moratorium on all future rate increases to its customers as well as bonuses or salary increases to its executives until the company receives an all-clear by the Public Utility Commission?

What if there was an immediate freeze on all further funding for overseas projects when our own country is hurting and needy on every front?

Nah, it”ll never happen.
