HEALDSBURG — Coming off a five-game loss the night before against a visiting Clear Lake High School team, the Healdsburg Greyhounds made quick of the Middletown Mustangs, winning 25-13, 25-9, 25-20 in a non-league varsity volleyball match Wednesday at Smith Robinson Gym.
“We had a difficult time defending against their attacks,” Middle-town coach Suzanne Riccio said.
Rachel Sutton had three kills and Sophie Marshall three blocks for the Mustangs, now 2-2 on the season.
Healdsburg rallied to win the junior varsity match 16-25, 25-13, 15-11.
