This letter is in response to Deb Baumann”s comments concerning our District Attorney.
I, for one, am grateful for our District Attorney, Don Anderson. Ms. Baumann, have you read the front pages lately?
Sheriff Rivero has now hired a man who has been investigated for threatening people in his department.
I keep reading about lawsuit after lawsuit against Sheriff Rivero.
Who is paying for these lawsuits? Is there no one else who is a little worried? Everyone should be accountable to someone higher.
Thank you, District Attorney Anderson, for your hard work. I am sure you have your hands full with many unpleasant situations, but you have the courage and knowledge to keep up with wrongdoings.
