WILLITS — The Lake County Theater Company hit musical “Musical of Musicals, the Musical” with music by Eric Rockwell and lyrics by Joanne Bogart, will be performed once again at 7 p.m. today and Friday and 8 p.m. Saturday at the Willits Community Theatre Playhouse. Tickets cost $20 and are available at Mazahar, 39 S. Main St. in Willits, 459-3034 or call WTC for credit card orders, 459-0895.

This musical is full of the music of Stephen Sondheim, Jerry Herman, Andrew Lloyd Webber and more. The story is about June, who can”t pay her rent, played by Barbara Clark; her boyfriend Billy, played by Tim Barnes, who also produces the show along with Laura Ewing; June”s evil landlord Jitter, played by Rod Levenduski; and the matronly Abby, played by Sue Garrett.

Coming up in December, LCTC will perform “A Christmas Carol in the Museum,” an adaptation of Charles Dickens” “A Christmas Carol.” Suna Flores, the director for this production, has written the adaptation, and it is full of Christmas Music along with the story of “A Christmas Carol” with a few twists and turns in the plot.

A female version of “The Odd Couple” will be performed during February and March at the Soper-Reese Community Theatre. These productions are only the beginning of LCTC”s upcoming shows. Be sure to watch for more information in the coming months.
