LAKEPORT — First Friday Fling, taking place from 5:30 to 7 p.m. this Friday at the Lake County Arts Council”s Main Street Gallery, will introduce new work by the
following local artists:
* Gaylene McCombs — Hand-built high-fired clay sculptures;
* Caroyln Wing GreenLee — Handmade custom jewelry;
* Bill Bluhm and Crystal — All-natural handmade gifts;
* Bobbie Bridges — Original watercolor and acrylic paintings and prints; and
* Ray Farrow — Original alkyd landscape paintings and more.
Cobb Mountain Elementary School will present work by its first-graders this month in the Linda Carpenter Gallery.
The gallery will display artistic entries for the Big Read as well as preview painted wine bottles that are available for purchase.
