GLENHAVEN ? A probation search by the Lake County Sheriff”s Office (LCSO) Narcotics Task Force of a Glenhaven man on Thursday evening resulted in his arrest and the seizure of approximately one-quarter ounce of methamphetamine.

Narcotics detectives prepared to conduct a probation search at approximately 5 p.m. Thursday at the home of Aron Fulwood III, 56, at his home in Glenhaven. Fulwood was on formal felony probation for a prior narcotics conviction. As detectives approached the home, Fulwood was seen driving away from the area in a white Toyota sedan. Detectives performed an enforcement stop on the vehicle and directed Fulwood back to his home to conduct the probation search.

During the search, detectives located approximately one-quarter ounce of methamphetamine concealed in Fulwood”s bed. Several pipes used for smoking methamphetamine and a digital scale were also found concealed in the bed. Fulwood was arrested without incident.

Fulwood was transported to the Hill Road Correctional Facility in Lakeport where he was booked for possession of a controlled substance, for sales and driving on a suspended license.
