CLEARLAKE — Clearlake Police Department (CPD) is seeking the public”s assistance in solving a rash of recent storage locker burglaries. Witnesses or people with information may remain anonymous.
According to Sgt. R. Joseph, sometime during the evening or nighttime hours on Monday and Tuesday morning, unknown people broke into several storage lockers at B&K Storage, located at 6925 Old Highway 53 in Clearlake. “It appears the people responsible for this crime, were likely on the property for an extended period of time,” he said. “Some of the stolen property includes electronics, power and air tools, welding equipment, musical instruments, vehicle parts and off-road motorcycles. This list is not all inclusive.”
Joseph said specific details on how entry was made into the units are not being disclosed at this time for investigational purposes. Anyone with information is urged to contact Officer A. Winslow at 994-8251.
