What kind of security do the students have on our high school campuses? I am hearing some alarming things about a Lake County high school where a student was allegedly attacked. I heard a student from another high school was arrested and released only to confront the victim with several of his friends several days later, carrying chains and knives at a football game.

I think there is a huge lawsuit coming involving negligence. Perhaps not tomorrow or next week, but as they say: Ignorance is bliss. There was a student stabbed to death several years ago and since then no steps toward improving campus security have been taken. OK, I know the budget this and the budget that. Our students deserve better. Wake up before another student is seriously injured or killed, again.

Seriously, the roads are better now because some top honcho from Caltrans rode his motorcycle through here and realized the roads are going kill somebody. The citizens in this county complaining about it didn”t matter.

Like the roads, our schools are death traps. Wake up and get involved. If another kid gets injured or killed and the parents are educated and powerful enough to exact pressure and media attention down in Sacramento, the State of California is liable. Right? State school system? Right? Any concerned parents out there?
