UPDATED:

We have known Glenn Neasham and his beautiful family for more than 20 years. We have always considered Glenn a trustworthy, honest and devoted religious, church-going family man.

To think that Glenn could never do anything knowing it was not legal or morally right is a total misconception, especially considering he would jeopardize his business, home and other worldly possessions for a mere $14,000 commission is inconceivable. He is a methodical man who spent hours learning and honing his insurance trade so he could give the best products to his customers. He received yearly awards for his top sales from insurance companies that he represented in a professional manner.

We and many friends and clients truly believe that a travesty has conspired that will destroy this kind and generous man. We pray to God that the court with its wisdom will consider not only our feeble attempt to describe our friend”s solid attributes, but the many citizens who also believe in this man”s innocence. Please consider all before sentencing this pillar of our community. He is not a criminal but a considerate gentleman trying to do the best for the woman who was not harmed by any of the evidence produced in court. Did she lose any of her money? No, she made a substantial profit. Would she cancel the arrangements made by the insurance company? The answer again is no. Where is the crime?

We acknowledge that the court has the final responsibility to give a sentence to Glenn Neasham, but we ask that kindness and consideration be given to a man who has been punished severely by years of torment awaiting a cry of innocence to be finally rejected and found guilty of a crime he didn”t commit.
