Film series features ”Holiday Inn”
LAKEPORT – The Soper-Reese Community Theatre will show the 1942 Christmas classic, “Holiday Inn,” starring Bing Crosby and Fred Astaire, 6 p.m. Tuesday in Lakeport.

Fifth annual ”Nutcracker” to be performed
HIDDEN VALLEY LAKE – Parents and Community for Kids (PACK) Community Arts Academy presents its fifth annual performance of “The Nutcracker,” 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday and 3 p.m. Sunday at Coyote Valley Elementary School outside Hidden Valley Lake.
Cost of admission is $12 for adults and $8 for children and seniors. Reserved seating is available in the first three rows at a cost of $17 each. Tickets are available at PACK, Mt. High Coffee and Middletown Florist.

Third Friday Live
LAKEPORT – The Third Friday Live concert series presents Matt Weiss, formerly of the Lost Boys, and Tajie D and K-town, 7 p.m. Dec. 16 at the Soper-Reese Community Theatre, located at 275 S. Main St. in Lakeport. All seats for “Third Friday Live” cost $10.
Lake County Symphony
LAKEPORT – The Lake County Symphony, sponsored by Clear Lake Performing Arts (CLPA), presents its annual Christmas concert, 3 p.m. Dec. 18 at the Soper-Reese Community Theatre.
Cost of admission is $27 for general assigned seats and $32 for premium assigned seats. There is a $5 discount for CLPA members.
Children younger than 18 will be admitted free to the full-dress concert rehearsal, which starts at 11 a.m. Adults will be admitted to the dress rehearsal for an entry fee of $5.
