The current trend to consider Newt Gingrich as a viable candidate for the presidency reminds one of the old adage: those who forget the mistakes of the past are doomed to repeat them.
Didn”t this country endure enough embarrassment and misbehavior from this man just a few short years ago? At least we still have time before an actual election to separate the wheat from the chaff.
Let us hope that additional misfits will continue to present their cases early enough that they avoid any further consideration for the highest office in our country.
