LUCERNE — A truck overturned on Highway 20 at Seventh Avenue in Lucerne Monday at about 12:15 p.m. It hit a power pole. The roadway was closed and power was out in the area. California Highway Patrol, PG&E, Northshore Fire and Caltrans responded. More information will be provided as it becomes available. As of 5:40 p.m. traffic was still being diverted.
