LAKEPORT — The Lakeport Police were called for service to St. Helena Hospital, Clear Lake on Sunday regarding a sexual assault that took place in Lakeport.
The alleged victim positively identified Charles Peter Lamb, 30, of Lakeport, who was consequently arrested Monday on a charge of rape.
Lamb is scheduled to appear in court today.
