LAKEPORT — City police are investigating reported vandalism to an American Red Cross disaster relief vehicle parked next to the Lakeport Senior Activity Center.
Authorities believe the incident happened Tuesday night.
Red Cross volunteer Jim Plank said it appeared the passenger-side window was broken as a result of rocks and dirt becoming projectiles while a car spun circles in the gravel parking lot.
The damaged Emergency Response Vehicle (ERV) is the only one housed in Lake County, he said.
