CLEARLAKE — Aaron Bradley Pickins, 23, of Clearlake was arrested on a charge of suspicion of driving under the influence following a rear-end collision at around 8:40 p.m. Wednesday.
According to Clearlake Police Interim Chief Craig Clausen, Diane DeRosa, 56, of Clearlake was stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of Davis Avenue and Old Highway 53 when the red Hyundai she was driving was rear-ended by Pickins, who was driving a white Ford truck.
The Hyundai sustained major rear-end damage and DeRosa suffered minor injuries.
