LAKE COUNTY — The Board of Supervisors (BOS) is set to honor black history by adopting and presenting a proclamation Tuesday morning.
The decree will designate February as Black History Month in Lake County and will celebrate the birthday of Martin Luther King Jr.
The presentation is scheduled for 9:10 a.m. Tuesday in the BOS Chambers at the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St. in Lakeport.
