CLEARLAKE — On Saturday at about 5 p.m. Clearlake Police Department (CPD) officers conducted a parole search of Randy Davis” residence located on the 14600 block of Alvita Avenue. Davis” parole agent provided CPD officers with specific information as to where Davis lives on the property.

Officers allegedly discovered that Davis was not home, however, Kristina Napier, 35, of Clearlake was found on the couch in the home when CPD officers arrived. Napier was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe. Officers allegedly discovered a bag of suspected methamphetamine between the couch cushions where Napier was sitting, as well as three additional bags of suspected methamphetamine in a purse, also next to where Napier had been seated.

During the parole search of the home, CPD officers located packaging materials, a scale and a police scanner. Napier”s cell phone allegedly contained evidence that she was involved in the sales of methamphetamine. More than $1,200 was located in the purse along with the suspected methamphetamine and more than $700 was found in a dresser in the home. The total quantity of suspected methamphetamine was more than an ounce. The money was seized pending judicial asset forfeiture proceedings.

Napier was charged with possession of controlled substances for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Lake County Hill Road Correctional Facility.

Davis was arrested on Monday on a parole violation by CPD officers. He was also booked into the Lake County Hill Road Correctional Facility.
