Where are the kittens?
After reading the article about Lake County”s high euthanasia rate of cats I decided to adopt one. I went to my local SPCA in Kelseyville expecting to find an assortment of needy cats. To my surprise there was not one cat or kitten in their brand new cat room. Ironic, huh?
How is it possible with this euthanasia rate there was not one available cat to rescue from their brand new facility?
