On Jan. 14, the lives of three beloved Lake County residents were lost in a tragic car crash. The families of Kari and Jena Marks and Patrick Campbell would like to express our thanks and gratitude to the many individuals who helped us during a very difficult time; including the many CAL FIRE personnel, and their spouses, in the Lake and surrounding counties; staff at the Middletown High School, and numerous businesses in Middletown. This wonderful community came together on a stormy day, to facilitate a very large memorial service, allowing hundreds of friends and relatives to share with us, grieve with us, and to honor and say good-bye to our loved ones.
