LAKE COUNTY — Lake County Public, Education and Government (PEG) station held its annual membership dinner Saturday at the Moose Lodge in Clearlake Oaks. The event is the primary fundraiser for the local public access television station.
Membership remains open and those interested in contributing to the continued operation of the station are encouraged to join. The membership fee is $25 annually.
Joel Moore, marketing and fundraiser committee chairman, said that membership in the organization provides ample volunteer opportunities in a variety of ways. He said the station is currently soliciting business sponsorships and volunteers are needed to spread the word and assist with the effort.
