LAKEPORT — The Lakeport Host Lions Club presents its annual crab feed on Saturday at the Lakeport Senior Activity Center. Co-sponsors include the Lakeport Senior Activity Center, Early Lake Lions Club and Boy Scout Troop No. 42.

The fun begins at 4 p.m. with a no-host bar, provided by the Early Lake Lions Club, with food service beginning at 5 p.m.

The menu includes pasta, salad, bread and cooked and cracked fresh crab. No sauce, butter or seasonings are added to the crab. If diners have a special accompaniment they prefer with your crab, they are asked to bring it with them.

The event includes a raffle that offers a variety of items donated by Lake County businesses. The event also features a silent auction of homemade desserts.

Tickets cost $35 per person. Proceeds from this event will support the Lakeport Senior Activity Center as well as local community groups.

Crab feed tickets are limited in number and expected to sell out quickly. Tickets will be available at Lakeport Tire and Auto, 263-5422; Lakeport Senior Activity Center, 263-4218 or from Lions Club members: Ed Collins and Trina Lane at 275-9847 or Debbe and Mike Blake at 263-7789.
