LOWER LAKE — The Lake County College Going Initiative will offer SAT prep courses in March. This opportunity is open to all high school and community college students.
The math course will be held from 9 a.m. to noon March 24 at Lower Lake High School. The English course will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 31, also at Lower Lake High School.
The cost of each course is $15. Registration must be received by March 16. The prices of the sessions have been reduced thanks to the generosity of the Wal-Mart Education Grant.
Courses may be cancelled if enrollment does not meet 15 students. Registration forms are available on the Lake County Office of Educations website at www.lakecoe.org and at Lake County high schools. People who have questions or comments can contact Tammy Serpa at 262-4164 or tserpa@lakecoe.org.
