ROHNERT PARK — The North Coast Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE) Chapter 450 announces a new seminar, Fundamentals of Quickbooks, 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Sonoma Mountain Business Cluster, located at 1300 Valley House Drive in Rohnert Park. This seminar will help the small business owner or employee to improve profitability, control costs and produce timely income statements, balance sheets and many other important documents.
This seminar is directed by Lee Riley, a northern California CPA and MBA who specializes in small business accounting and has five offices in Northern California. Riley will discuss accounting for small businesses including control of tax deductions, managing cash flow and streamlining the accounting process.
The seminar will include fundamentals of accounting for small businesses, introduction to QuickBooks and its features, how to setup Quickbooks using company data, how to retrieve reports from Quickbooks and tax implications for small business.
