LAKEPORT — Flipper the Clown, also known as Phil Mathewson, and the April Fool Players will perform “Quack Quack,” a family-friendly comedy routine at Lakeport Library on April 4. The free show starts at 6 p.m. at the library, located at 1425 N. High St. All ages are welcome, and as with all library events, no library card is needed to attend.
