On a continual basis my family endures a thundering vibration to our home because of a very loud woofer system in a neighbor”s car.
I called the police department about the horrible loud vibrating house shaking noise and was told there is nothing that they can do about it unless they hear it. So in the meantime we are bombarded with this horrific noise pollution .We do not talk to the person because of fear in retaliation from him. How can we combat something like this if the law can not help us? Has anyone got a solution? Ear plugs won”t help because the vibration hurts my chest and head!
