SAN LEANDRO — Kelseyville High School finished 11th in the 15-team field on a perfect Monday afternoon for golf during the annual San Leandro Invitational at Tony Lema Golf Club.

“It was 68 degrees and beautiful, no wind at all,” Kelseyville coach John Berry said.

Deer Valley High School of Antioch won the team title with a score of 378 (combined low five rounds out of six golfers), Irvington came in second with 389 and Miramonte was third with 404. Kelseyville finished at 479.

Corey Huber led the Knights with a 78 on the par-71 Tony Lema course, tying him for the 10th lowest round of the day. Teammate Wyatt Ferrell finished with 82.

Low round of the day went to Brandon Dizon of San Leandro with a 1-over-par 72. One shot back at 73 were Jason Sihota of Deer Valley and Isaiah Antoine of Deer Valley.

Weather permitting, the Knights resume their Coastal Mountain Conference South schedule Wednesday at Meadowood Golf Course in St. Helena.
