Congressman Mike Thompson just doesn”t get it. Despite $15 trillion of debt, his solution is to spend even more by investing.
When politicians talk of investing, they mean spending. It”s pure bureaucratese. President Obama uses it frequently.
What we need is a change. Thompson lives in another world. It is time for him to go.
By the way, he said he wanted to fix our bridges. What bridge did he have in mind? A bridge too far?
