LAKEPORT — The Lakeport Main Street Association (LMSA) is putting out a last call to Lake County children from ages 0 to 12 to enter the Children”s Push Pull Pet Parade to take place on Saturday.
Entries are due Wednesday.
The parade is for kids who want dress up and show off their pets. Dogs, cats, chickens, goats, ponies, hamsters, ponies ? any pet is eligible. Pets can be led on a leash, ridden or pushed or pulled in wagons, on bikes or other non-powered conveyances.
The parade will start at 10 a.m. at Library Park in downtown Lakeport. There is no cost to enter.
Entry forms are available at the LMSA desk in the lobby of the Lakeport City Hall, 225 Park St., from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or from www.lakeportmainstreet.com.
