CLEARLAKE — Second Sunday Cinema will screen “Queen of the Sun,” 6 p.m. Sunday at the Clearlake Community United Methodist Church, located at 14521 Pearl Ave. in Clearlake. Admission is free.
“Queen of the Sun” is about honey bees and colony collapse disorder.
In an extra event, bee-keeper and bee-lover Christine Schreier will present an introduction to natural bee-keeping from 2 to 4 p.m. at Ancient Lake Gardens, located at 8993 Soda Bay Road.
Schreier will attend the screening and will speak and field questions after the film.
