POTTER VALLEY — LaShaye Taylor belted her third home run of the season as Upper Lake blasted Potter Valley 29-14 in non-league softball action Thursday at Potter Valley.
Upper Lake (3-3) beat Potter Valley 40-9 last month in Upper Lake.
Taylor (3-for-4) also doubled and tripled. Her home run was a three-run shot to left field in the top of the fourth. She finished with six RBI.
Sierra Fugate went 5-for-5 with two RBI and Vanessa Hanson and Kate Irwin each had three hits for the Cougars, who finished with 29 hits overall.
