8:54 p.m. ? Malicious mischief vandalism on North Brush Street. Windows of vehicle broken out.
9:09 p.m. ? Theft of more than $400 at Kragen on South Main Street. Vehicle was stolen from in front of the busines. The keys were left in it and it was running. Vehicle described as a black Honda CRV.
10:37 p.m. ? Be on the lookout on 11th Street. Reporting party advises his wife has been drinking and is getting ready to leave the house in a grey Toyota Corolla. She is currently in the driveway with the vehicle running.
March 13
10:19 a.m. ? Shoplifter at Kmart on South Main Street. Subject in a dark green Jeep Cherokee just stole packages of baseball cards.
March 14
12:08 p.m. ? Suspicious circumstances on Clear Lake Avenue. Reporting party would like an officer to come out and look at a disturbing text message he just received.
1:55 p.m. ? Malicious mischief vandalism on North Main Street. Vandalism to sign.
7:28 p.m. ? Fraud at Bruno”s Shop Smart on Lakeport Boulevard. Reporting party”s mother had an unauthorized check cashed at Bruno”s. Reporting party advises he and his mother live out of the county and she has a history of dementia.
9 p.m. ? Be on the lookout at Lakeport Boulevard and Highway 29. Someone threw a rock from the Todd Road overpass and shattered a window on a car driving on Highway 29.
11:09 p.m. ? Suspicious vehicle on North Main Street. Reporting party can hear male and female voices trying to get a woman into the car. Vehicle described as a silver Toyota Prius driving around Sanducci”s Cottage. Arrest made.
March 15
7:58 p.m. ? Pedestrian check at Sixth and North Forbes streets. Arrest made.
8:42 p.m. ? Malicious mischief vandalism on 14th Street. Reporting party”s vehicle was just vandalized while at the location. Reporting party associated with a black Toyota Tundra and has suspect information.
9:51 p.m. ? Juvenile problems at United Christian Parish on North Brush Street. Report of six or seven boys and girls are in the parking lot in the dirt area partying and screaming. Ongoing problem.
March 16
1:28 a.m. ? Family disturbance on Rainbow Road. Woman is at the residence causing problems, stealing reporting party”s purse and hitting her. Subject is extremely intoxicated.
9:26 a.m. ? Family disturbance on Clear Lake Avenue. Reporting party advises his grandfather pushed him and believes subject has been drugging him as well.
9:26 a.m. ? Family disturbance on Clear Lake Ave. A 21-yea-old man threatened to assault the reporting party. Subject is currently outside screaming.
12:28 p.m. ? Health and safety violations at Terrace Middle School on Lange Street. Student detained in the office for drugs. Parents are on scene.
8:59 p.m. ? Traffic stop at 11th Street and Central Park Avenue. Arrest made.
11:49 p.m. ? Public disturbance at Jack in the Box on Soda Bay Road. Two men in the parking lot rolling around in a physical fight.
March 17
10:52 a.m. ? Malicious mischief vandalism at Willow Point Resort on First Street. Reporting party left her truck at the location overnight and received secondhand information that two men broke her window on her truck with a baseball bat around 6 p.m. last night.
11:16 a.m. ? Juvenile problems on Fifth Street. Caller reports her 17-year-old foster daughter who is on probation was approved to stay with a friend in Finley but never showed up. Reporting party believes she stayed with her boyfriend on Fifth Street at an unknown house on the left.
11:19 a.m. ? Simple assault at Full Throttle Tavern on South Main Street. Report of a man in the ER at Sutter Lakeside Hospital who was assaulted at the bar. Victim advised staff he does not want to make a report.
12:54 p.m. ? Extra patrol at Lakeview Apartments on Bevins Street. Caller requests extra patrol in the early morning hours because of subjects possibly getting into the building and then running into the field when police respond. Reporting party believes subjects are entering the recreation room around back by the garden.
1:16 p.m. ? Malicious mischief vandalism at Full Throttle Tavern on South Main Street. Someone threw a rock through the window of reporting party”s vehicle last night. Vehicle was left parked there overnight.
2:09 p.m. ? Annoying phone calls on Lakeshore Boulevard. Reporting party is getting threats from a 20-year-old man. Threats stemming from money the reporting party owes the subject over a U-Haul truck. Per reporting party the subject is threatening to call the cops if he doesn”t pay.
4:16 p.m. ? Suspicious person at Kmart on South Main Street. Report of a man harassing a family near the entrance. Subject appears to be under the influence, break dancing on his head and riding in circles on his bike. Subject left his bike by Kragens and just walked into Kmart.
7 p.m. ? Suspicious person on Page Drive. Three juveniles carrying two long guns and one handgun, probably bird hunting because they keep aiming their guns up in the trees. Subjects are wearing all black with red vest, one wearing white socks with orange hoodie and one wearing Levis, black jacket and ball cap.
March 18
12:04 a.m. ? Juvenile problems at Lakeside Lanes on Lakeport Boulevard. Report of a large group of juveniles that have left the bowling alley and not allowed to reenter and they are refusing to leave the property.
10:21 a.m. ? Juvenile problems at 2nd and Starr. Three juveniles are riding down the hill in a wheelchair and on a skateboard and reporting party is concerned they will get hit by a car.
11:46 a.m. ? Shoplifter at Kmart on South Main Street.A male subject walked out of the store with a cart full of unpaid items. Subject associated with a white Dodge Ram truck parked 50 feet from the garden entrance. He is sitting in the truck and appears to be waiting for someone.
3:48 p.m. ? Offenses against family and children at Kmart on South Main Street.Employee reports that she observed a young child left unattended in a vehicle for approximately 35 minutes. Reporting party says the child would try to open the door and the alarm would go off and on. Two females in their 60s finally came out of the store and left with the child in a burgundy Nissan Pathfinder.
