CLEARLAKE OAKS — The service of two search warrants by the Lake County Sheriff”s Office (LCSO) Narcotics Task Force Wednesday morning resulted in four arrests and the seizure of narcotics, firearms, body armor and drug paraphernalia, a department spokesman said Friday.

Narcotics detectives secured search warrants for two Clearlake Oaks men on April 13 based on a single investigation, Sgt. Steve Brooks said.

The warrants were served simultaneously on Wednesday at 7 a.m., Brooks said.

While searching the home of Kenneth Kurt Neumiller, 29, investigators detained Neumiller and Ashley Lauren Jackson, 20, of Clearlake Oaks without incident, the sergeant said.

The search allegedly revealed a loaded 12-gauge shotgun, an AR-15 rifle and three glass pipes commonly used to smoke methamphetamine.

Neumiller was arrested for allegedly being under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing a loaded firearm while in that condition and having drug paraphernalia.

Jackson was arrested for allegedly being under the influence of a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia.

While searching the home of the second man, 45-year-old Timothy Todd Ryden, detectives detained Ryden and Karen Lyn Williamson, 45, without incident, Brooks said.

At Ryden”s residence, investigators allegedly found a handgun, a hypodermic needle, a glass meth pipe, narcotics and body armor.

Ryden and Williamson were arrested for allegedly possessing a controlled substance without a prescription, possessing a hypodermic needle, having drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Ryden was also charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, Brooks said.
