LAKEPORT — The Lakeport Police Department (LPD) seeks public assistance in locating a man suspected of indecent exposure.
On Tuesday at 6:22 a.m., a Lakeport woman reported that a suspicious man was touching his private parts while following her as she jogged.
She last saw the man near Second and North Tunis streets, when she looked back after hearing footsteps and found him to be running behind her in close proximity while masturbating. LPD officers were dispatched to the area and were unable to locate the man after contacting several people in the area.
The man was described to be in his early to mid-20s, approximately six-feet tall with a thin build, short to medium-length dark brown wavy hair and no facial hair. He was wearing a loose-fitting, dark navy blue hooded sweatshirt and faded blue jeans.
