LAKEPORT — The Lake County Board of Supervisors (BOS) meets Tuesday at 9 a.m. at the Lake County Courthouse.
The BOS will conduct a nuisance abatement hearing at 9:15 a.m. about the Visions of Avatar medical marijuana dispensary.
The supervisors will present a proclamation at 9:40 a.m. designating May as Perinatal Depression Awareness Month.
At 9:45 a.m., the BOS will receive an update regarding the Napa-Lake Workforce Investment Board”s selection of a one-stop provider for Lake County.
The supervisors will consider a request to formally oppose Measure D at 10 a.m.
Among non-timed items will be consideration of proposed letters to three agencies, including the city of Lakeport, regarding citizen complaints about recent geese-culling activities in the city.
