CLEARLAKE OAKS — Northshore Fire Protection District personnel attend to occupants of a vehicle that ended up in the lake Thursday afternoon while traveling westbound on Highway 20 just north of Beryl Way in Clearlake Oaks. Minor to moderate injuries were sustained by the three occupants, which included a juvenile. A witness to the incident assisted in extricating the juvenile from the vehicle, which was completely submerged in the water. California Highway Patrol is investigation the incident.
