Vietnam vet Michael Fechner”s comments regarding the V.A. incompetence and negligence were right on target. It is shameful that the V.A. is apparently indifferent to the needs and requests of veterans seeking assistance. I have recently experienced the same lack of responsiveness to requests directed to the V.A.
