Who is running the show?

I find that the Republican party has given so much power to two men who have never ran for office or received a single vote from any citizen in a nationwide election, to bring so much of their personal agenda”s to a place of power on how our nation is run.

I am speaking of Grover Norquist and Karl Rowe. I am a believer that we need to raise our tax rates in a fair way, support the type of government that we have had for more than 200 years, and follow the path of all those who have given up there lives in protecting our way of life.

Our nation has grown yearly since 1776 and the funds needed to support it, has made the size of our government grow.

We need to raise taxes to support all those issues that we all desire in living in this nation.

Our leadership needs to answer when taxpayers dollars are not spent wisely, but at the same time, spending more funds on those programs that have proven to be good for all our citizens.

Right now we rank about 12th, on the list of countries tax rates, and yes, we need to streamline and make more fairer, the tax laws that we work with at the present time.

But we should have the best programs in the world that bring our educational programs, elderly help programs, and those that offer help to the needy.

To often our citizens funding of those non-profit organizations that they fund, do not offer help to the masses, but to those groups that they may have special interests in funding.

Our tax dollars should be spent to benefit the masses too.

Norquist”s power to control an entire political group to never raise taxes is not in the best interests of our ever growing nation.

Rowe”s agenda is to support those issues that benefit big business and special interest groups, over the needs and desires of the working class and needs to be reduced to a more level playing field that is part of being an American citizen in our country.

It”s time to stop looking down the ladder to find the causes of most of our problems and take a hard look at just who is trying to run our nation.
