LAKE COUNTY — Just before midnight on Friday, a woman driving a Ford van on the Nice-Lucerne Cutoff lost control of the vehicle, which landed upside down in vegetation by Rodman Slough.
The driver, 62-year-old Edith Johnson of Lucerne, suffered a hand laceration, the California Highway Patrol said Monday.
