LAKEPORT — A teenager sustained minor injuries Monday night when the vehicle she was driving overturned on Riggs Road west of Lakeport.
Jennifer Pankratz, 17, of Lakeport was driving a 1995 Toyota 4Runner westbound on Riggs Road toward Scotts Creek Road at unknown speed around 8:15 p.m. when the SUV exited the roadway for unknown reasons, according to California Highway Patrol (CHP) Officer Kory Reynolds.
Reynolds said the SUV overturned once. Pankratz sustained lacerations to her left arm and was transported to Sutter Lakeside Hospital via Lakeport Fire Protection District ambulance to be treated.
Reynolds said drugs and alcohol were not considered a factor in the crash.
