LAKE COUNTY — The Lake County Chamber of Commerce is conducting its annual Add A Dollar fundraising campaign for the Lakeport fireworks display.
Many communities, because of budget constraints, have cancelled their annual fireworks display, but the City of Lakeport is committed to keeping this tradition alive and well.
For several years, businesses have assisted the chamber in raising funds to help offset the expense of putting on this display.
The participating businesses are: Bruno”s Shop Smart, Lakeport Grocery Outlet, Hillside Honda and Lakeport Speedway in Lakeport; Kelseyville Lumber in Kelseyville, Braito”s Riviera Foods in Clear Lake Riviera, North Shore Sentry Market & Deli in Nice and Lakeview Supermarket & Deli in Lucerne. Donations can also be brought to the Lakeport Main Street Association at its office in City Hall.
All funds raised will go to the City of Lakeport to help pay for the display, which will be put on July 4 by PyroSpectacular.
