LAKEPORT — Clear Lake High School athletes planning to participate in sports during the 2012-13 school year can get their required sports physical either June 28 or July 5 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the high school gym.
The cost is $20. You can fill out required paperwork at the gym.
