LAKEPORT — Kulture Shock Car Show is set for Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Lakeport.

The show is open to 1964 and older traditional and “ol” skool style” hot rods, customs, gassers, vintage race cars and bobber-style motorcycles.

Cost for vehicle registration is $30 at the gate and walk-in attendees $7, with children younger than 5 admitted for free.

This is a no pets show ? only ADA-approved service dogs will be allowed to enter. Emotional support and therapy dogs are not ADA recognized.

A ”40s-, ”50s- and ”60s- themed pinup model contest will be held mid-afternoon on the outdoor stage.

Women must be 18 years of age or older and are encouraged to wear a themed outfit from the era.

Judges will be drawn from the raffle ticket purchases as the contestants vie for cash prizes. The 2011 contest hosted 19 contestants.
