KELSEYVILLE — A 17-year-old girl lost control of a Honda Accord while trying to turn right onto Highway 175 from Highway 29 at about 45 mph Tuesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The driver and her 17-year-old passenger wore their seat belts and were uninjured.
