LAKE COUNTY — An interim Lake County Chief Administrative Officer was appointed Tuesday evening to fill the position of Kelly Cox who retired in March and has been volunteering until his position was filled. The Lake County Board of Supervisors (BOS) voted unanimously for Matt Perry, a county employee for more than 20 years. He will step into the position immediately. The position will be reviewed in three months, per Perry”s request, according to BOS Chairman Rob Brown.
