CLEARLAKE — The Clearlake Police Department (CPD) seeks information on a man who sustained severe injuries from a physical altercation early Sunday morning.
CPD Officers responded Sunday at 12:27 a.m. to a call of an injured person, located at 4780 W. 40th Ave., according to CPD Sgt. Nick Bennett.
Officers discovered an unconscious man at the scene. Upon investigating, officers determined the unconscious man, Edward Alden, 44, was involved in a physical altercation earlier in the evening. Lake County Fire Protection District medical personnel also responded to the call.
Alden sustained severe injuries during the altercation and was airlifted to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.
